Method:

1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients without oil.

2. Keep the marination at least 1 hour.

3. After marination add oil.

4. Now skewer chicken one by one.

Method

1. Cut Paneer into cubes

2. Heat a pan, put ghee and oil on the pan.

3. Put cardamom, cinnamon, clove, cumin seed and bay leaf on the oil, saute until it becomes golden and aromatic.

4. Put onion paste, almond paste, black pepper, cumin and coriander powder one by one on the pan, stir continuously.

1. Take maida and all ingredients in a large bowl, mix all to make a dough, adding water to make it smooth.

2. Kneed the dough min 10 min, set aside covering with wet kitchen towel. Leave the dough approx 2 hrs.

2. Marinate paneer cubes in it.

3. Heat a pan, pour some oil to fry the paneer till brown. After frying paneer set aside.
